Absolutely! But please note that children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult in the Green courses.

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the Blue, Red and Black courses. We recommend a minimum of 1 adult per 3 children.

These restrictions do not apply to Nett & Sprett, Notteliten & Peer Gynt where you can assist your children from the ground level. Unfortunately, we cannot let children access the “tall” courses of our park without adult supervision.

Climb in the climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please listen to your instructor to make the wait as short as possible for yourself and others.

Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.

Unfortunately, no. We can only maintain a set number of guests on our climbing courses. There is a limited number of harnesses available, and when these are in use no more guests are allowed onto the courses.

If there are no harnesses available, you must wait.

There are plenty of parking spots available right by the park, just follow the signs when you arrive. Parking is free of charge. We don´t have any charging stations for electric cars.

Unfortunately we don’t have any charging station in our parking spot. The nearest one you will find in Svarstad.

We strongly recommend you purchase your tickets online before arriving. We cannot guarantee that there are drop-in tickets available.

No – but you can enjoy the climbing park from the ground for free. We also have hiking areas nearby and we recommend that you go for a walk to Kjærra Fossepark.

Due to Covid-19 we dont accept cash. You are more than welcome to pay with card or Vipps.

We accept most debit and credit cards, as well as cash payments. Additionally, we can send invoices to groups. This must be arranged prior to your group’s arrival.

Yes you can from 11:00 – 17:00 in our regular opening hours! Our café is open during the park’s opening hours, and you can buy both hot and cold meals here. We aim to serve healthy, nutritious and local food at our café but you can also buy soft drinks and ice cream.

No. You don’t have to buy a ticket if you won’t be going on to the courses. The area around our park is a superb hiking area, with many marked paths for you to enjoy the wonderful nature. We also recommend a walk to Kjærra Fossepark.

Absolutely! Enjoy your food outside. Please note that you may not bring your own coal or one-time grill (engangsgrill), as it is a fire hazard. We don´t have a grilling area.

We do not have lockable cabinets, but we do have shelves available.

Certainly! Just make sure you bring a bag for their waste. Dogs must always be kept on a leash.

We can cater to persons with various disabilities, and will happily tailor activities to suit your needs. Please remember to call us prior to your arrival and let us know.

Our park stays open during the season. However, if there are thunderstorms and/or heavy winds the park may have to close until the weather calms down.

If the park has to close due to unforeseen conditions, we are unable to reimburse your ticket fee.

No, there is no lower age limit for visiting the climbing park without guardians. However, there are age restrictions for climbing alone in the courses (6 years for green courses and 10 years for red and blue courses).

We kindly ask all adults to carefully consider whether children/adolescents who may be alone in the climbing park are capable of taking care of themselves during their visit to the park.

Høyt & Lavt does not have responsible adults present to supervise children/adolescents, but our instructors provide training and ensure general safety during the activity.
