Terms and conditions for purchase of tickets in Høyt & Lavt climbing park


General conditions


 

  • Hoyt & Lavt Sirdal reserves the right to change or cancel an event due to weather or conditions that indicate that it will be unjustifiable to open the park
  • The customer is obliged to obtain information about our safety rules. Or call us. The park is open regardless of the weather during the season. However, in the event of thunder and / or strong winds, parts of the park may have to be closed until the weather clears.

Payment terms

  • We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Acceptance, we advise booking and paying online.

Cancellation policy

  • Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and valid for the date they are booked
  • It is not possible to change the date

Especially for online trading

  • We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Acceptance.
  • The order is binding upon payment of the event with confirmed approved transaction. Keep the printout of the confirmation
  • Receipt for booking must be brought and presented on arrival in the park
  • In the event of illness / injury that can be confirmed by a doctor for a registered person, we will refund 90% of the value of the booking regardless of the time before the event.

Safety

  • Hoyt & Lavt Sirdal is responsible for transactions through the website, which are processed with SSL encryption.

Personal information

  • Customer data is not shared with / sold to third parties and is stored in accordance with Norwegian law.

 

NB! Season card / gift card – valid as regular tickets and drop-in. That is, you are not guaranteed a place if it is full.

Payment terms

  • Invoice only by prior arrangement, and then payment within 10 days

 

Cancellation policy for telephone / e-mail / direct contact

  • Total cancellation free of charge no later than 4 weeks before event
  • Total cancellation 4-2 weeks before: we invoice NOK 1500 in administration fee
  • Total cancellation 2 weeks – 1 week before: we invoice 50% of the total value of the order
  • Total cancellation 1 week before: we invoice 100% of the total value of the order
  • Minor adjustments in the number free of charge up to 24 hours before the event, but please update us continuously Booked unused places will be charged!
  • For groups over 60 people, separate conditions apply.

 

Especially for online purchases

  • We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Acceptance
  • The order is binding upon payment of the event with confirmed approved transaction. Keep the printout of the confirmation
  • If the customer’s cancellation is within 2 weeks before the event date, we will refund 80% of the order’s value
  • In the event of the customer’s cancellation between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the event date, we will refund 50% of the order’s value
  • We do not offer a refund of payment later than 48 hours before the event time
  • In the event of illness / injury that can be confirmed by a doctor for the registered person, we will refund 90% of the value of the booking regardless of the time before the event
  • In the event of the organiser’s cancellation, an alternative event is offered if possible. The customer can choose to withdraw from the order and the organiser refunds 100% of the value of the order
  • If canceled, the order confirmation is sent by post, fax or e-mail to Høyt & Lavt Sirdal with any attachments. Enter bank account number for payment of refund
