General terms and conditions


    • Høyt & Lavt Kristiansand reserves the right to make changes to opening hours or cancel events due to weather conditions or other circumstances deemed unsafe. The customer is responsible for getting acquainted with important information received by e-mail from Høyt & Lavt Kristiansand
    • The customer must get acquainted with the safety regulations given during training at the park
    • During the season, the park is open no matter the weather. In case of a thunderstorm and/or strong winds, some parts of the park may need to be closed until the weather clears
    • The possibility of group canoeing is dependent on discharge flow and water level in the river Numedalslågen.
    • An unexpected shutdown of the climbing park does not qualify as a reason for a refund

    Secure payment

    Høyt & Lavt Climbing Park is responsible for transactions via our website. All transactions are processed over an SSL-encrypted connection.

    Personal data

    Customer data is not shared with or sold to third parties and is kept in accordance with Norwegian legislation.

    Season pass / gift certificate

    Owners of a season pass or gift certificate must book their tickets in advance, so long as there are spots available.

    Settlement of dispute

    If a disagreement arises and the parties involved fail to work it out amongst themselves, it’s possible, in case of a dispute, to contact the following: Forbrukerrådet.

    Statutory cancellation right

    Høyt & Lavt provides services that are exempt of the statutory cancellation right (ref. the Cancellation Act chapter 6 § 22 m): “the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, goods-transport services, car-rental services, catering services and services relating to leisure activities when the contract stipulates a specific date or specific period when such services are to be provided” (the Cancellation Act).

Cancellation policy

  • Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and are only valid on the dates and timeslot they were booked.
  • Exception: In case of illness, you’ll get a refund, gift certificate, by providing a medical certificate.
  • Dates and timeslot cannot be changed.
  • Exception: You can change the dates and timeslot up to 4 days before your visit by sending us an e-mail at kristiansand@hoytlavt.no, so long as there are spots available.

Covid-19

If due to covid-19 you are unable to use your tickets, you can ask for a refund, gift certificate, or change the dates at no charge. Any questions? Feel free to contact us at kristiansand@hoytlavt.no.

Terms of payment

  • We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankaxept, and Vipps
  • Receiving an invoice must be requested prior to your visit. 10-day deadline for payment

Cancellation policy

  • Booked tickets are non-refundable or invoiced and are only valid on the dates and timeslot they were booked
  • Cancellation up to 2 weeks before your visit is free of charge
  • Cancellation between week 1 and 2 before your visit is 50% refundable or invoiced
  • Cancellation less than a week before your visit is non-refundable or 100% invoiced
  • Exception: In case of illness, you’ll get a refund or you’ll not be invoiced by providing a medical certificate

Covid-19
