Climbing courses
From your very first steps in the treetops to thrilling challenges high above the ground, Høyt & Lavt Valsøya offers climbing courses for both beginners and experienced climbers. Take on exciting obstacles, soar across zip lines, and experience Norway’s tallest QuickJump for an adrenaline rush you won’t forget.
The courses wind through trees and across wooden platforms, offering a variety of exciting challenges along the way. Choose from our orange courses for beginners, or take on the green, blue, and red courses, each with increasing levels of difficulty.
Height Requirements
Orange Courses
Suitable for guests from 80 cm tall. These are the park’s easiest courses and the perfect place for young adventurers and first-time climbers to get started.
Green Courses
Suitable for guests from 110 cm tall. These courses offer a variety of fun challenges and are ideal for both beginners and those looking for a bit more excitement.
Blue & Red Courses
Suitable for guests from 140 cm tall. Here you’ll find greater heights, exciting obstacles, and rewarding challenges. These courses require a little extra courage, but the experience is well worth it.
Important Information
Access to the climbing courses is not permitted for anyone who:
- Weighs more than 120 kg
- Is pregnant
- Is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances
All climbers must participate in the mandatory safety briefing before entering the courses and must read, understand, and follow the park’s safety rules.
