Experiences are best when shared! Let your colleagues experience challenges and mastery together in the climbing park. The courses offer activities and challenges for every skill level. We have 7 courses with different difficulty levels, exciting hurdles and zip-lines. Suitable for people of any age and skill level.

You test your limits and everybody will experience the same mastery regardsless the difficulty level of the course.

Safety is one of our main concerns at Høyt & Lavt Climbing Park. The park is annually inspected by the Norwegian Railway Authority. We also frequently perform internal controls of the operation, and have several internal routines in place, so that you can feel safe at the park.

If you are going to partake in any activities or use our climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please listen to your instructor to make the wait as short as possible for yourself and others.

Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.

NB! The ticket sale and safety training closes 2 hours before we close the climbing courses.
