In opening hours, book for a minimum of 10 persons online.
Up to two adults/companions can climb without extra cost on request.
Outside regular opening hours:a minimum of 15 persons.

You get 3 hours in the park outside of opening hours.

The visit
The visit begins with fitting and instruction of equipment by our experienced instructors.
Height requirements:
- Orange courses: over 80 cm
- Green courses: over 110 cm
- Red and blue courses: over 140 cm
- Black course: over 160 cm
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult in the green courses. Children below age 10 must be accompanied in blue, red and black courses. Each adult can accompany up to 4 children at a time.
Max. weight limit is 120 kg.
Important information
Admission to our climbing courses is NOT admitted for persons who:
- weigh more than 120 kg
- are pregnant
- are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
All climbers must take part in the instruction program before climbing our rope courses, and adhere to our regulations.
Admission to the park is free for those who do not climb.

Bring your team to a different and exciting experience. In Høyt & Lavt the team/group can be active in the treetops regardless of age and skills. Get ready to climb, balance or fly between the treetops. Our courses have different difficulties, so there is something for everyone
