- What are your opening hours?


Our opening hours vary during the season. You can find our updated opening hours here.

- Can I bring my kids to the park?


Absolutely! But please note that children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult in the Green courses. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the Blue, Red and Black courses. We recommend a minimum of 1 adult per 3 children.

These restrictions do not apply to Notteparken, Notteliten & Peer Gynt where you can assist your children from the ground level. Unfortunately, we cannot let children access the “high” courses of our park without adult supervision.

- What is the Waiver Form?


Anyone who will be taking part in our activities or using our climbing course must fill out our waiver form, where you agree to behave according to our safety policies. Persons under the age of 18 must have an adult supervisor sign the form for them.

You can either sign the form online or upon arrival. We are unable to let guests who don’t sign the waiver access the climbing courses and activities.

- What kind of training will I receive?


If you are going to partake in any activities or using our climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please listen to your instructor to make the wait as short as possible for yourself and others.

Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.

- Is there an endless capacity of guests in the park?


Unfortunately, no. We can only maintain a set number of guests on our climbing courses. There is a limited number of harnesses available, and when these are in use no more guests are allowed onto the courses.

If there are no harnesses available, you must wait.

- What happens in case of bad weather?


Our park stays open during the season. However, if there are thunderstorms and/or heavy winds the park may have to close until the weather calms down. If the park has to close due to unforeseen conditions, we are unable to reimburse your ticket fee.

- Do you have parking?


We have free parking with good capacity right by the park area.

- Can I buy my ticket at the door?


There are drop-in tickets available at the park but we strongly recommend you purchase your tickets online before arriving. We cannot guarantee that there are drop-in tickets available.

- What kind of payments do you accept?


We accept most debit and credit cards, as well as cash payments. Additionally, we can send invoices to groups. This must be arranged prior to your group’s arrival.

- Do I have to buy a ticket if I’m not climbing?


No. You don’t have to buy a ticket if you won’t be going on to the courses. The area around our park is a superb hiking area, with many marked paths for you to enjoy the wonderful nature.

- Can I buy food at your park?


During the park’s opening hours, Klatrekafeen is open and serves hot and cold snacks. Focus on short, healthy and real food. We also offer ice cream and fruit drinks. We offer gluten-free and vegetarian options.

- Can I bring my dog?


Certainly! Just make sure you bring a bag for their waste. Dogs must always be kept on a leash.

- Are you taking the accompanying evidence?


We accept accompanying evidence in the climbing park, ie people with escort certificates can climb for free. In order to secure space, we recommend reserving space through our website. Use the tab called Reservation and enter companion proof in the comments box.

- I have a disability; can I still enjoy the park?


We can cater to persons with various disabilities, and will happily tailor activities to suit your needs. Please remember to call us prior to your arrival and let us know. If you have any questions please contact us.
