Conditions for buying tickets for the climbing park

• Høyt og Lavt Bø in Telemark reserves the right to change or cancel your booking/deny further activity due to weather or conditions that indicate that it will be irresponsible to open the park.
• The customer is obliged to obtain information about our age limits, requirements for physical health, etc.

• We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Acceptance.

Cancellation Terms

• Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and apply to the date they are ordered.
• It is not possible to change the date.

Online booking conditions

• We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Acceptance.
• The order/booking is binding upon payment of the event with a confirmed approved transaction. Keep the printout of the confirmation.
• Receipt for booking must be included and presented upon arrival in the park.
• In case of illness / injury, that may hinder your booking, you need to have medical proof of illness/injury that can be confirmed by a doctor. If you have proof we will refund 90% of the order value regardless of the time before the event.

• Høyt og Lavt Bø in Telemark is responsible for transactions through the website, which are processed with SSL encryption.

Personal information

• Your privacy is important to us. Customer data will not be shared with / sold to third parties and is stored in accordance with Norwegian law.

Note! Season-Pass / Gift card – applies as regular tickets and drop-in. That means, you are not guaranteed space if we are at full capacity.

Canceling your order : Phone / Email / Direct contact

• Total cancellation free of charge no later than 4 weeks prior to your booked date.
• Total cancellation 4-2 weeks prior: we charge 10% of the total value of the order.
• Total cancellation 2 weeks – 48 hours prior: we charge 50% of the total value of the order.
• Total cancellation 48 hours prior: we charge 100% of the total value of the order. Cancellation at this point equals no refund!
• Minor adjustments to the number free of charge up to 24 hours before the event, but please keep us updated continuously.
• Ordered unused tickets are required for payment! If you’ve booked more than you need, you’ll be charged for the «missing» people!

Online booking conditions

• The order/booking is binding upon payment of the event with a confirmed approved transaction. Keep the printout of the confirmation.
• At the customer’s cancellation within 2 weeks before the booked date, we will refund 80% of the order value.
• At the customer’s cancellation between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the booked date, we will refund 50% of the order value.
• We do not offer a refund of payment later than 48 hours prior to the event.
• In case of illness / injury, that may hinder your booking, you need to have medical proof of illness/injury that can be confirmed by a doctor. If you have proof we will refund 90% of the order value regardless of the time before the event.
• At the organizer’s (if WE cancel your booking) cancellation, alternative events/dates are offered if possible. The customer can choose to withdraw from the order and the organizer repays 100% of the order value.
• If cancellation is requested, the booking confirmation must be sent by mail, fax or by e-mail to Høyt og Lavt Bø in Telemark AS with any attachments. Enter bank account number for payment of refund.
