Clubs and associations can climb both during ordinary and outside ordinary opening hours.

Bring your club or association on a different and exciting experience. Get ready to climb, balance and ride our many zip-lines. You will experience exciting courses with varying height, length and level of difficulty.
Høyt & Lavt creates safe and challenging activities and also awesome experiences that bring people together. A day in the climbing park strengthens the solidarity in the group with challenges, mastery, joy and common experiences.

Safety is one of our main concerns at Høyt & Lavt Climbing Park. The park is annually inspected by the Norwegian Railway Authority. We also frequently perform internal controls of the operation, and have several internal routines in place, so that you can feel safe at the park.

If you are going to partake in any activities or use our climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please listen to your instructor to make the wait as short as possible for yourself and others.

Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.

NB! The ticket sale and safety training closes 2 hours before we close the climbing courses.
