During ordinary and outside ordinary opening hours. Duration up to 4 hours included training.

The day starts with delivery of equipment, before you get training from our instructors. Afterwards the kids can climb in the two orange courses in the climbing park. With a little assistance from adults the kids get a fun day with variation. Enjoy your packed lunch outside the barn or inside the barn if the weather is bad.

Safety is one of our main concerns at Høyt & Lavt Climbing Park. The park is annually inspected by the Norwegian Railway Authority. We also frequently perform internal controls of the operation, and have several internal routines in place, so that you can feel safe at the park.

If you are going to partake in any activities or use our climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please listen to your instructor to make the wait as short as possible for yourself and others.

Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.

NB! The ticket sale and safety training closes 2 hours before we close the climbing courses.
