Absolutely! But please note that children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult in the Green courses. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the Blue and Red courses. We recommend a minimum of 1 adult per 3 children. Unfortunately, we cannot let children access the “tall” courses of our park without adult supervision.
Anyone who will be taking part in our activities or using our climbing course must fill out our waiver form, where you agree to behave according to our safety policies. Persons under the age of 18 must have an adult supervisor sign the form for them. You can either sign the form online or upon arrival. We are unable to let guests who don’t sign the waiver access the climbing courses and activities.
If you are going to partake in any activities or using our climbing courses, you must go through our mandatory safety course. You may experience some waiting time on busy days. Please listen to your instructor to make the wait as short as possible for yourself and others.
Please note that the mandatory course must be completed at least once per season.
Unfortunately, no. We can only maintain a set number of guests on our climbing courses. There is a limited number of harnesses available, and when these are in use no more guests are allowed onto the courses.
If there are no harnesses available, you must wait.
There are plenty of parking spots available right by the park, just follow the signs when you arrive. Parking is free of charge.
No. You don’t have to buy a ticket if you won’t be going on to the courses. The area around our park is a superb hiking area, with many marked paths for you to enjoy the wonderful nature.
Absolutely! There is ample seating available and a separate grilling area.
Certainly! Just make sure you bring a bag for their waste. Dogs must always be kept on a leash.
We can cater to persons with various disabilities, and will happily tailor activities to suit your needs. Please remember to call us prior to your arrival and let us know. If you have any questions please contact us: group@skistar.com
Our park stays open during most wether conditions. However, if there are thunderstorms and/or heavy winds the park may have to close until the weather calms down.
If the park has to close due to unforeseen conditions, we are unable to reimburse your ticket fee.
