General terms and conditions


  • Høyt & Lavt Molde reserves the right to make changes to opening hours or cancel events due to weather conditions or other circumstances deemed unsafe.
  • The customer is responsible for getting acquainted with important information received by e-mail from Høyt & Lavt Molde
  • The customer must get acquainted with the safety regulations given during training at the climbing park
  • During the season, the park is open no matter the weather. In case of a thunderstorm and/or strong winds, some parts of the park may need to be closed until the weather clears
  • An unexpected shutdown of the climbing park does not qualify as a reason for a refund

Secure payment

Høyt & Lavt Molde is responsible for transactions via our website. All transactions are processed over an SSL-encrypted connection.

Personal data

Customer data is not shared with or sold to a third party and is kept in accordance with Norwegian legislation.

Season pass / gift certificate

Owners of a season pass or gift certificate must book their tickets in advance, so long as there are spots available. Our season passes and gift certificates are digital.

Settlement of dispute

If a disagreement arises and the parties involved fail to work it out amongst themselves, it’s possible, in case of a dispute, to contact the following: Forbrukerrådet.

Statutory cancellation right

Høyt & Lavt Molde provides services that are exempt of the statutory cancellation right (ref. the Cancellation Act chapter 6 § 22 m): “the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, goods-transport services, car-rental services, catering services and services relating to leisure activities when the contract stipulates a specific date or specific period when such services are to be provided” (the Cancellation Act).

Terms of payment

We accept payment cards and gift certificates on our websites.

Cancellation policy

  • Tickets and other products purchased online are non-refundable and are only valid on the dates, time of day and for the number of people they were booked.
  • Exception:
    • In case of illness, you’ll get a refund (as a gift certificate) by providing a medical certificate
    • You can change the dates and/or time of day up to 3 days before your visit for a fee of NOK 100 per booking and so long as there are spots available. Send us an e-mail at molde@hoytlavt.no

Terms of payment

  • We accept payment cards and gift certificates on our websites
  • When booking, you can choose to pay by invoice. 10-day deadline for payment

Cancellation policy

  • Booked tickets and other products already paid for are non-refundable or will be invoiced and are only valid on the dates, time of day and for the number of people they were booked
  • Exception:
    • In case of illness, you will get a refund, or you will not be invoiced by providing a medical certificate
    • Up to one week before your visit you will be able to cancel or change the dates, time of day and/or the number of people booked free of charge by sending us an e-mail at molde@hoytlavt.no
    • Less than a week before your visit, you will be able to add tickets at no fee, so long as there are spots available
    • Until 48 hours before your visit, you will be able to reduce tickets for a fee of NOK 100 per ticket
