Weather & Clothes

  • We recommend that you wear sports/fitness clothing or light hiking gear when you are going climbing in our park. As you will be staying active you might want to wear several layers, so you can take some off as your temperature rises.
  • We recommend you bring a small backpack with a light change of clothes. Running or hiking shoes with a solid sole are preferred.
  • In case of rain, we recommend you bring some light waterproof clothing with you. Please note that there can be resin in the trees.
  • We do not recommend you wear clothing with any strings or cords on to our climbing course.
  • The climbing park is open no matter the weather. If thunder and/or strong winds the climbing park might have to close until the conditions are improved. Unforseen closing of the park does not qualify for a refund.

Food & Drinks

Our summer restaurant “BaseCamp” in Vestlia is open all summer. Here you can choose between delicious summer dishes, waffles, kake, coffee, mineral water and snacks.

The kids’ favourites are ice cream and slush, which you will also find at BaseCamp.

We have all rights, but we would like to remind you that alcohol in combination with Høyt & Lavt climbing park is not allowed.

You’ll also find grill huts for all to use – free of charge. Disposable grill and similar products are not allowed.
