Isn\u2019t that just a brilliant combination of words? In Norwegian its one word and whoever first combined the verb <em>jump<\/em> with the noun <em>tower<\/em> was a creative genius. The word sparks so much anticipation, excitement, and enthusiasm. What is it exactly? Simply put, it\u2019s a tower \u2013 typically built from wood \u2013 that you can jump off. The height hardly matters. Standing on the edge, deciding whether or not to leap, still gives you butterflies in your stomach. These towers might take you a bit out of your comfort zone, but they offer pure joy and an incredible sense of achievement to everyone who dares to take the leap. That\u2019s why most of our H\u00f8yt &amp; Lavt Climbing Parks include jump towers as part of the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-training-first\"><strong>Training First<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how it works: first, you\u2019ll be equipped with a climbing harness and the proper gear. Then you\u2019ll receive safe and thorough training. Out in the climbing courses, you\u2019ll find jump towers along the routes \u2013 and you\u2019re free to take the plunge. The stomach-drop sensation is indescribable \u2013 you really have to experience it yourself. Before you know it, you\u2019ll be safely back on the ground\u2026 and probably eager to jump again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jump-tower-in-the-climbing-courses\"><strong>Jump Tower in the Climbing Courses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At H\u00f8yt &amp; Lavt Climbing Parks, our jump towers are usually placed throughout the climbing courses. We offer different height levels \u2013 and you decide what feels right for you. If you&#8217;re a little afraid of heights, start in the lower courses. Once you\u2019ve built your confidence, try one of our jump towers!
