8 tips til et bes\u00f8k i klatreparken:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Kom tidlig p\u00e5 dagen \u2013 bruk dagen her!<\/li>
  2. Velg kl\u00e6r etter v\u00e6r \u2013 ta gjerne med deg et skift.<\/li>
  3. Drikk nok vann og sleng i deg en matbit i l\u00f8pet av dagen.<\/li>
  4. Smil \u2013 da blir dagen bedre.<\/li>
  5. Ta deg tid til \u00e5 slappe av innimellom.<\/li>
  6. Rop p\u00e5 instrukt\u00f8r hvis du trenger litt r\u00e5d eller hjelp. For vi er veldig glad i gi deg v\u00e5re beste tips for at du skal strekke deg litt lengre enn sist gang.<\/li>
  7. Hvis du har med sm\u00e5 barn, b\u00f8r den voksne g\u00e5 f\u00f8rst i l\u00f8ypa.<\/li>
