Safety Measures due to Covid 19

We take the Corona Pandemic situation seriously, and have implemented measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We wish you all very welcome to a great outdoor experience!

Infection Prevention:

NOTE: If you have flu symptoms or feel unwell, please refrain from visiting us.
Persons in high-risk categories must consider not coming.

Pre-booking limits participant numbers to safely manageable numbers, staggered throughout the day.

Ticket purchase:

  • Payments are cashless at site or paid in advance.
  • We strongly recommend that you buy tickets online before arrival, to avoid crowding.
  • Booking can be done using a gift card, se here how

Equipment:

  • We recommend the wearing of gloves for comfort – feel free to either bring your own, or buy from us.
  • You can bring your own helmet (climbing or bicycle will do). Our helmets are properly sanitized after every use.
  • Our instructors will perform a visual check of the harness after fitting.

Keep distance:

  • We would like to remind all of our customers that social distancing measures should be followed from arrival at the car park and throughout your visit.
  • Persons from the same household are exempt from these rules.

Safety Briefing:

  • You put on the harness supervised by an instructor. Members of the same household/cohort can assist each other. The instructor will then do a visual check and make sure the harness is fitted safely.
  • A safety briefing is given before you can start climbing. In our park we use video assisted instruction. We recommend that you watch this in advance here  (video is in norwegian). We can also give an introduction in english on site.
  • All guests must complete our training course before climbing.

Food and Drink:

  • The Kiosk is open serving drinks and light food. Keep your distance when inside, and refrain from needlessly touching articles that you do not buy.
  • Bring your own food/drink to our outdoor seating area.
  • We have BBQs free of use. Disposable gloves are available on demand.

In case you need assistance in the climbing course:

  • Keep calm and follow the guidance of the instructors.
  • We recommend that you carefully consider what you are able to do so we can avoid having more rescue operations than necessary.

Hygiene:

  • We have increased the cleaning frequency of frequent touch points, including in our toilets and harnesses.
  • Handwashing and sanitising stations are available to customers and staff at multiple points.

Ticket limitations:

  • A controlled number of guests are admitted entrance every half hour.
  • We sell both day passes and 3 -hour passes. See menu for availability.
  • Choose arrival time, we recommend that you arrive about 20 min. before the selected time.
