Climbing Park

H&L Climbing Park at Skimore Oslo, located at Tryvann, is one of the largest and most popular climbing parks in the Nordic region. The best way to describe it is as an adventure park high up in the trees!

Our courses wind from tree to tree and are designed for both children and adults. Some routes offer a relaxed journey through the treetops, while others provide exciting challenges that require strength, balance and determination.

The park features zip-lines and countless obstacles, including suspension bridges, tunnels, ladders, balance challenges and rope elements, all suspended between tall trees and poles. Every course challenges both your body and your mind, and the sense of achievement after a day in the trees is unforgettable – no matter your age.

The park offers 14 climbing courses, 205 obstacles and 37 zip-lines stretching over 1 kilometre in total. The courses range from 0.5 to 20 metres above the ground, with the height reflecting the level of difficulty.

For the ultimate adrenaline rush, don’t miss the Tiger Leap – a 25-metre free-fall jump from a platform high above the ground that lets you soar through the air before descending with an unforgettable thrill!

We also offer fun birthday party packages and exciting team-building experiences for groups and companies.
