Terms and Conditions for bookings of tickets for the climbing park

General conditions

  • Høyt og Lavt Bergen AS reserves the right to change or cancel events due to weather or other circumstances leading to danger if the park is kept open.
  • The customer is obliged to obtain information about the age limits and physical requirements for participants. If questions, call +47 55 10 20 00

Payment

  • We accept cash and the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankaksept.

Cancelling & refunding

  • Tickets bought online will not be refunded, and are only valid for the booked date
  • Changing dates for bought tickets is not possible.

Online bookings

  • We accept cash and the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankaksept.
  • Your order is binding upon confirmed payment and approved transaction. Keep your printed booking receipt. 
  • Bring your booking receipt on your arrival in the climbing park
  • In case of illness/injury that can be confirmed by a doctor, we will refund 90% of the ticket for the sick/injured person regardless of when notified.

Safety

  • Høyt og Lavt Bergen AS is responsible for transactions through the website, which are processed with SSL encryption.

Personal information

  • Customer data will not be shared with or sold to third parties, and will be stored in accordance with Norwegian law.

Please note that season passes and gift certificates are considered drop-in tickets. If the park is fully booked, you are therefore not guaranteed admittance.

Terms & Conditions for groups

Payment

  • We accept cash and the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankaksept.
  • Invoice only if agreed upon in advance of arrival, and then payment per 10 days. There is an invoice service of 45 NOK per purchase.

Cancelling & refunding for orders made via phone, e-mail or in person

  • Cancellation free of charge no later than 4 weeks in advance of the event.
  • Cancellation 4-2 weeks in advance: We charge 10% of the total value of the booking
  • Cancellation 2 weeks - 48 hours in advance: We charge 50% of the total value of the order
  • Cancellation 48 hours in advance: We charge 100% of the total value of the order
  • Minor adjustments in the numbers are free of charge up to 24 hours in advance of the event, but please update us continuously
  • Unused tickets will still be charged as if used.

Cancelling & refunding online booking

  • We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankaksept.
  • Your order is binding upon confirmed payment and approved transaction. Keep your printed booking receipt. 
  • Cancellation more than 2 weeks in advance: We refund 80% of the total value of the booking
  • Cancellation 2 weeks - 48 hours in advance: We refund 50% of the total value of the order
  • We don't offer refunds for payment later than 48 hours in advance of the event
  • In case of illness/injury that can be confirmed by a doctor, we will refund 90% of the ticket for the sick/injured person regardless of when notified.
  • If the event is cancelled by Høyt & Lavt, an alternative event will be offered if possible. The customer can decide to withdraw the booking, and Høyt & Lavt will then refund 100% of the total value of the booking.
  • If cancelling send us your booking confirmation by mail or e-mail to Høyt & Lavt Bergen. Enter your bank account number for refund.
